​MISSION
To Facilitate training as per the Craftsman Training Scheme. To implement all training schemes of the Government of India in a meticulous and time bound manner . Ensure skill training is made available to maximum youth of the Karthikappally Taluk and Ambalappuzha Taluk in Alappuzha District.
VISION
To create skilled and technically qualified workforce who would contribute to the growth and development of the nation. To provide quality training in trades of demand to all possible people so as to achieve the national goal of 500 million skilled persons by 2020 and thereby reduce unemployment
